Role Description

This is a full-time remote role covering a well esablished area incorporating the East Midlands and the North East of England . This role of ASM would be Ideally based centrally within the area and have gainined broad experience of working with and supporting independant Garden, Gift and DIY retailers. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, and working towards individual sales tagets and company goals. The responsibilities include servicing and supporting current customers, identifying new opportunities and collaborate with the wider team and depts. at Fallen Fruits to develop and impliment sales strategies and campaigns. Additionally, the role involves regular communication with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Revenue Growth skills
  • Experience in identifying market opportunities and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales software, remote odering tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the garden, gift, or DIY industry
