The Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll support the management and development of client relationships, helping to ensure a positive customer experience and long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management of a portfolio of business clients
- Learning to understand client needs and how cloud-based solutions support their objectives
- Acting as a first point of contact for client queries, ensuring a professional and responsive service
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high standard of customer support
- Assisting with account growth by identifying opportunities to add value
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
- Contributing ideas to improve client engagement and retention
Training & Development
You’ll receive a structured onboarding and training programme designed to build your confidence and skills in both account management and cloud technology.
This includes:
- Full training on products, services, and account management processes
- One-to-one mentoring and ongoing coaching
- Clear development milestones and regular performance feedback
- Progression opportunities into Account Manager and Senior Account Manager roles
- Continuous learning as new technologies and services are introduced
Requirements
This role would suit someone who is motivated to learn and build a long-term career in account management.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using IT systems such as CRM tools, email, and Microsoft Office
- A willingness to learn about technology and cloud-based solutions
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
