Senior Lettings Manager – Lead and Grow a Successful Lettings Operation

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property agency in the Northeast, seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager or Area Lettings Manager. This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for multi-branch lettings operations, where your expertise directly impacts business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team across multiple branches, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Oversee all aspects of residential lettings from property marketing to tenancy agreements, ensuring full compliance with legislation
- Drive business growth through proactive landlord acquisition, retention strategies, and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
- Monitor branch performance, implementing training and development plans where needed
- Maintain high customer service standards and operational excellence
Candidate Requirements
- Proven success as a Senior Lettings Manager, Area Lettings Manager, or similar residential property management role
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, and best practice (ARLA standards)
- Experience managing multi-branch teams with strong leadership and coaching skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Based in the Northeast with a full UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle
