Are you a successful, high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) ready to take the next step and lead a team?

We are looking for an experienced professional to move into a Team Leader role, helping to coach, guide, and direct the activities of others to drive growth in complex technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outreach: Own multi-channel outreach (phone/email/LinkedIn) and profile key accounts to open new business cycles. πŸ“ž
  • Accountability: Ensure accurate lead and activity tracking is maintained in Salesforce.com.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year of successful SDR experience, preferably within IT / Managed Services.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, coupled with an energetic phone presence.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM application.
  • A strong desire and aptitude to move into a people leadership position (prior team leader experience is highly desirable).
