Bartender

Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Bartender to join the team in Edinburgh, a destination for modern luxury and elevated dining experiences. As the bartender, you will work 42 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends. About The Role…

• Deliver a personalised service to every guest, ensuring their experience feels truly special.
• Expertly create, prepare and serve our signature cocktails with confidence and flair.
• Develop your knowledge of our bar selection and all featured products, making tailored suggestions to your customers to enhance their experience.
• Prepare drinks quickly and efficiently with precision and style.
• Work closely with your team, supporting one another, and celebrating excellence wherever you see it.
• Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!

• Do you have experience as a Bartender within a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-volume cocktail bar?

• Is your attention to detail second to none?
• Do you bring energy, personality, and professionalism to every shift?
