An established and highly respected arboricultural consultancy with over 40 years of industry expertise is looking to recruit two Arboricultural Consultants / Tree surveyors to support the continued growth of its Midlands team. Your new role
Joining a team of experienced arboricultural professionals, you'll work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the Midlands and wider UK. Based from Dudley or Hereford with a hybrid working pattern including working from home. The role will involve carrying out tree surveys, producing technical reports and supporting planning and development projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking tree condition and risk surveys
- Conducting street tree and wider arboricultural assessments
- Supporting planning applications and development projects
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality technical outputs
- Contributing to innovative consultancy projects and research initiatives
- Support the completion of BS5837 surveys and reports
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven arboricultural surveying experience
- Experience undertaking tree surveys and inspections
- Knowledge of BS5837 surveys and reporting
- QTRA experience - or similar
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong report-writing and communication skills
- A genuine passion for arboriculture and professional development
