Job Description Housekeeping Attendant You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant at ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus, you will take ownership of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable stay for every guest. What’s in it for you:

What you will be doing:

  • Clean and service all assigned guest rooms and public areas to required brand standards
  • Replenish amenities, linen and housekeeping supplies
  • Respond promptly and politely to guest requests
  • Take responsibility for guest privacy and belongings while delivering excellent service
  • Report maintenance issues, damages or lost property to supervisors
  • Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding and distribution of linen

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
  • Physical capability to stand, move, bend and lift throughout shifts
  • Two years' previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming Excellent organizational skills and time management
