ABOUT THE ROLE

Obsessed with beauty, digital storytelling, and scroll-stopping video? We’re looking for a hands-on CreativeVideographer who can shoot, edit, and concept standout content that pushes our video storytelling to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to join an iconic London-based beauty brand and play a key role in shaping its social, digital, and creative output.

You’ll create trend-led, high-impact video content across social media, campaigns, and e-commerce—balancing fast-turnaround social with polished, premium production. This is a high-energy, creative role for someone who’s confident taking ideas from concept to execution and isn’t afraid to push boundaries.

We’re looking for a forward-thinking creative with a strong eye, solid technical skills, and a deep understanding of what performs. You’ll pitch fresh concepts, analyse content performance, and continuously evolve our video strategy to engage audiences and drive results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGCreate standout video content

• Shoot, edit, and deliver scroll-stopping beauty content across social, campaigns, e-commerce, and tutorials
• Own the full process — from concept and shoot to edit and final delivery
• Create trend-led, social-first videos optimised for TikTok, Reels, YouTube and emerging platforms

Drive creative ideas

• Collaborate closely with social, marketing, PR, paid and e-commerce teams
• Pitch fresh content and campaign ideas that push the brand forward
• Help shape the video content strategy using performance insights and trends

Edit with impact

• Edit high-quality video content with strong pacing, storytelling and polish
• Add motion graphics, sound design and finishing touches where needed
• Optimise content for different platforms, formats and aspect ratios

Stay ahead of the curve

• Spot and react to beauty, social and content trends in real time
• Experiment with new formats, transitions and editing styles
• Bring bold, original ideas that elevate the brand’s digital presence

On set & in shoot mode

• Film campaign, content and BTS shoots
• Direct talent and collaborators to capture confident, natural performances
• Ensure all content is on-brand, premium and visually compelling

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for a social-first, digitally native Videographer with a strong understanding of beauty, trends, and content that genuinely connects with audiences.

You’ll be a confident shooter, editor, and creative storyteller with 2+ years’ experience, a strong portfolio of social and digital work, and a natural ability to concept, pitch, and bring bold ideas to life. You know what performs — and why.

You’re technically strong across camera, lighting, and audio, and fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and motion graphics tools. You have a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media, including platform algorithms, optimisation, and best practices.

Detail-driven and visually sharp, you care about every frame, cut, and transition. You’re collaborative, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments — always ready to roll up your sleeves and push creative boundaries.
