National Account Manager Sector: Food Manufacturing Location: Birmingham Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive - to be discussed Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00 - 17:00 (flexible) We are partnered with a trusted recruitment business to support the search for an experienced NationalAccountManager. Operating across multiple UK sites and supported by a global supply network, they supply to major retailers and foodservice customers throughout the UK.

Role Overview Due to continued growth and the evolution of the commercial structure, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a NationalAccountManager to join the business. This will support the ongoing development of key retail accounts, with responsibility tailored to the successful candidate's experience and strengths. Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key UK retail customer accounts
- Build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Drive profitable category and range expansion
- Work closely with Technical, Production and NPD teams
- Monitor account performance and implement commercial plans
- Attend customer meetings, trade events and occasional supplier visits
- Ensure high levels of customer service and stakeholder engagement
About You
- Previous Account Management experience within food manufacturing or FMCG
- Experience managing UK supermarket retailer accounts
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
- Adaptable, organised and customer-focused
- Ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities
- Comfortable with occasional UK and international travel
