What You Will Do

• Design and implement the end-to-end freelancer operating system including sourcing, onboarding, and development frameworks.
• Manage complex cross-jurisdictional contracts and compliance requirements in partnership with legal and technical teams.
• Operationalize training and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across a growing international network of experts.

The ideal candidate

• 3+ years of experience building 0-to-1 operational processes in a fast-paced startup or regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage contingent workforces, freelancer networks, or specialized talent pipelines at scale.
• Strong first-principles thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
