Role Description

The Shop Furnishing Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, coordinate with the team to ensure excellent customer experience, and manage inventory to meet client needs. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining the showroom, managing product displays, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Edinburgh, with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Store Management and Operations Management to efficiently oversee the shop's daily performance and team functions.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service expertise to provide support, engage with clients, and address their needs effectively.
  • Ability to provide top-tier Customer Experience, ensuring that all clients receive personalized attention and are supported throughout the furnishing and design process.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage schedules, inventory, and product arrangements effectively.
  • Prior experience in retail, interior design, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of home furnishings and interior design principles is advantageous.
