Accounts Assistant

JMK Groupis delighted to be launching two exceptional Marriott-branded hotels in Belfast Aloft and Residence Inn, opening as a dual-site operation in Q1 2026. We are now recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team and support the day-to-day financial operations of both hotels. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a new hotel opening,gain exposure to full hotel finance processes, and develop a long-term career within hospitality. About The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Assistant will support finance activity across both properties, including:

• Processing purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
• Reconciling supplier statements and supporting payment runs
• Assisting with accounts receivable, invoicing and credit control
• Supporting daily revenue checks and income auditing
• Assisting with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records across both sites
• Supporting audits, brand standards, and internal controls
• Providing general finance administration support

Who Were Looking For

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance assistant role
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confident using Excel and accounting systems
• Able to manage priorities across a dual-site operation
• Hospitality experience desirable but not essential
