You’ll partner with managers to deliver key business objectives—providing expert guidance on absence management, employment law, policy, reward, workforce planning, and recruitment. We have both permanent and 12-month fixed-term opportunities available. What You’ll Do

  • Proactively support the wider HR Team with change programmes
  • Apply employment law, policies and procedures effectively influencing managers.
  • Advise and coach managers on policies, procedures, and people initiatives

What You Bring

  • Generalist HR experience across varied and complex cases
  • Proficient HR systems knowledge and data handling skills
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
