Job Description

Posted on: August 19, 2026

Location: Harold Hill, Romford (Full-time, office-based)

Reports to: PR & Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We're looking for a creative, organised and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join the LINZI PR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in fashion, PR, social media and creator marketing to help grow one of the UK's leading footwear brands. You'll be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with influencers, managing gifting campaigns from start to finish, and ensuring LINZI products are consistently seen by the right creators.

If you're always discovering new talent, understand what makes content perform, and enjoy working in a fast-paced fashion environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Influencer & creator management

  • Source, research and recruit influencers and content creators who align with the LINZI brand.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, agents and talent managers.
  • Manage all influencer gifting, from product selection through to delivery and content follow-up.
  • Negotiate content deliverables where required and ensure agreed deadlines are met.
  • Keep influencer and content databases organised and up to date.

Campaign management

  • Plan and execute influencer gifting campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms.
  • Create clear, engaging campaign briefs that communicate key messaging and content objectives.
  • Ensure all influencer content reflects the LINZI brand, current marketing priorities and seasonal campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise campaign reach through creator partnerships.

Content & asset management

  • Track all influencer content and coverage.
  • Organise and maintain a library of creator-generated assets for use across social media, email marketing, paid advertising and the website.
  • Liaise with the Social Media and Creative teams to ensure influencer content is effectively repurposed across multiple channels.

Reporting & insights

  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics including reach, engagement, impressions and content output.
  • Produce regular reports highlighting campaign performance, insights and recommendations.
  • Keep up to date with influencer marketing trends, platform updates and emerging creators.
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to improve gifting strategy and campaign performance.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Social Media, Buying and Marketing teams to ensure influencer activity supports wider business objectives.
  • Assist with influencer events, product launches and seasonal campaigns where required.

About you

You'll be highly organised, creative and genuinely enthusiastic about influencer marketing and fashion. You enjoy building relationships, spotting trends before they take off, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, be self-motivated and eager to learn, and take pride in delivering work to a high standard. You'll be proactive, driven and always looking for new ideas and opportunities to help the brand grow. Above all, you'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative without being asked, and is excited to make a real impact.

Skills & experience

  • 1-3 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR or creator partnerships, ideally within fashion, retail or lifestyle.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the wider creator landscape.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative eye for content and an understanding of what resonates across social platforms.
  • Experience using influencer management platforms and social analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Existing relationships with fashion, beauty or lifestyle creators would be beneficial.

Why join LINZI?

Benefits

  • Health Cashback Plan
  • Healthcare Plan after one year's service
  • Staff discount on LINZI products
  • Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, fashion-focused marketing team
