Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Branch Manager located on-site in Hamilton. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other branches, handling customer inquiries, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in staff management, sales strategy implementation, and customer service
- Knowledge of inventory management, and operational procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Experience in the construction industry and trade counter environment is essential
