We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join one of leading clients within West Yorkshire. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and supporting the successful delivery of project admin management.

You will provide essential administrative support and will be the go-to person for coordinating meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and assisting with the smooth running of a busy office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily administrative support across the business.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • manage office supplies and equipment.
  • manage office stationery and consumables.
  • Organise and support internal events, training sessions, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support project delivery and business operations as required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Professional, approachable, and proactive attitude.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Higher education qualification
  • Experience with document control systems.
  • Health & safety or first aid training.
