· Based at Manchester Airport
· 12 month fixed term contract
· 36.25 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

The role
As a Landside Administrator you’ll be responsible for the processing and administration of circa 7000 annual user concession permits including private hire driver, hotel, off site shuttle permits, travel trade permits and local resident permits to ensure maximum revenue generation. You’ll be responsible for MAG and service partner parking medical permits and staff drop off and pick up permits, and conducting auditing processes for all car parking activities, for both customers & employees protecting revenue, data analysis and processing tasks.
What will make you successful in this role
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a demanding and fast paced administration role. You’ll need experience using Microsoft packages, including word, Teams, Power Point and Excel, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
