Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 pa DOE | Attractive Performance Based Bonus Structure

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and commercial strategy.
- Leverage data analytics tools to report/present financial performance & strategic recommendations to internal & external stakeholders.
- Support capital raising efforts, due diligence, and shareholder communications.
- Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring long-term financial stability.
- Revenue Growth & Profitability: Drive sustainable profitability by developing pricing models, financial frameworks, and optimise cost structures to improve financial efficiencies.
- Monitor and enhance gross margin, operational costs, and revenue streams.
- Financial Operations & Compliance: Oversee cash flow management, annual audits, tax planning, and working capital optimisation.
- Implement strong financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Process Optimisation & Technology Integration: Drive automation and AI adoption, optimising systems to reduce inefficiencies and improve accuracy.
- Leadership & Team Development: Build and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring strong succession planning and a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent role within a scaling business (with revenue from £10mil to £20mil.)
- Previous experience within SaaS, Digital, Marketing Services, or similar is essential.
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial finance, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business insights
- In-depth knowledge of UK tax regulations, and corporate finance, and experience in financial risk management and governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification.
