About the role

This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing campaigns for a technology-led B2B services business, with a clear focus on increasing brand awareness, demand generation and commercial growth. You’ll have the freedom to shape campaigns from initial strategy through to delivery and performance reporting, using data, automation and emerging technology to make marketing work harder.

Working closely with sales, you’ll develop integrated campaigns that reach the right decision-makers, generate quality leads and contribute directly to the sales pipeline. HubSpot will be central to the role, alongside the opportunity to explore how AI and new tools can improve the way marketing operates.

The business has a complex B2B proposition and a longer sales cycle, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to build brand awareness over time, nurture prospects and turn demand generation activity into measurable results.

About You:

  • Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns within a services business or another industry with a long sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of brand awareness and demand generation, and how to balance both to support commercial growth.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms, including workflows, segmentation, lead nurturing and reporting.
  • A forward-thinking approach to AI, with a genuine interest in emerging technology and how it can improve marketing effectiveness. Understanding how to deploy AI agents, not just write prompts, is particularly relevant; experience with Claude would be advantageous.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable using data to measure campaign performance, understand pipeline contribution and make informed recommendations.
  • A confident communicator who can work with sales and senior stakeholders, manage multiple campaigns and take ownership from brief through to results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning and delivering integrated B2B campaigns across email, paid media and web, with a clear focus on brand awareness, demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Working closely with sales to develop campaign priorities, align activity with commercial objectives and reach key decision-makers.
  • Managing the marketing automation platform day to day, including workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, segmentation, lead scoring and reporting.
  • Developing ongoing lead-nurturing and re-engagement programmes to build relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Overseeing paid media activity and agency performance, ensuring budgets are focused on campaigns that deliver meaningful results.
  • Analysing campaign performance from initial spend through to leads, deals and pipeline contribution, while identifying opportunities to use AI, automation and emerging tools to improve results.

Where You’ll Be Based:

The role is based in West Yorkshire, with hybrid working and a minimum of two days per week on-site, typically Tuesday and Wednesday.

What’s On Offer:

  • A basic salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience
  • 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Life assurance and medical cash plan.
  • Scope to develop marketing automation, experiment with AI and explore emerging technologies, including the potential use of AI agents.
  • A commercially focused role where brand awareness, demand generation and pipeline performance are central to the marketing strategy.

If you have strong B2B services experience, know your way around marketing automation and are excited about using AI to make marketing smarter, this could be a great next move. Apply now or get in touch for an informal conversation.

Applications will be reviewed from early November onwards.
