Joseph Case High School is seeking candidates for a Head Varsity Baseball Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will possess prior head coaching/playing experience at the high school/ collegiate level and demonstrate the leadership and organizational skills necessary to oversee all levels of the program environment for all student-athletes.

Job Requirements

Prior college and/ or high school coaching and/or playing experience required.

Commitment to building a positive team culture with strong leadership and high-level organizational skills.

Strong communication skills with athletes, families, assistant coaches, school administrators, and the community.

Demonstrated success in developing student-athletes on and off the field.

Ability to manage and mentor players across all levels to ensure a cohesive and successful program.

Foster a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.
