Our Rangers team are recruiting a Administrator on a full-time basis. In this varied role, you'll ensure our communities remain clean, safe, and welcoming by:
- Providing full administrative and coordination support to the Rangers team, including scheduling of works, appointments, and activities.
- Proactively managing workflows and service requests to ensure work is allocated, tracked and completed efficiently.
- Acting as a key point of contact between Rangers, housing management colleagues, contractors, and other internal stakeholders.
- Supporting compliance activities by ensuring safety checks, records and mandatory compliance processes are completed and accurately recorded.
- Maintaining accurate digital records, systems and trackers, including effective use of Excel to monitor performance, workloads, and compliance activity.
- Responding to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Producing reports and management information to support service delivery, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Our Ideal Candidate?
- You'll have administration experience including developing schedules and managing workflows to meet strict deadlines and service level agreements.
- You're a confident communicator, able to provide clear advice to customers and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You'll have a background or experience in a repairs, estates or facilities setting.
- You're committed to high standards, with a keen eye for detail when recording evidence of task completion and monitoring contractor performance.
