Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Building Surveyor with HDR experience. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building surveys, performing condition surveys, undertaking feasibility studies, managing contracts, and handling dilapidations. Day-to-day tasks will involve detailed inspections, report writing, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Building Surveying and conducting Condition Surveys
• Experience in Feasibility Studies and strategic assessment
• Proficiency in Contract Management
• Ability to manage Dilapidations cases effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certification or degree in Building Surveying or related field
• Experience with HDR projects is highly desirable
