Company Description

Multicare Medical Ltd is a family-run business centrally located in Hinckley, built on principles of honesty and integrity. Using our unique Design, Install, Train, Maintain philosophy, we partner with both healthcare professionals, (including occupational therapists, nursing home managers, and physiotherapists), and construction specialists such as Architects, Quantity Surveyors and site teams to deliver our project installations on time and on budget. Additionally, we offer nationwide after-sales services, LOLER inspections, and repairs through our specialised service and maintenance team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Co-ordinator based in Hinckley. The Project Co-Ordinator will oversee the planning and execution of our installation projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met effectively. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external client teams, and tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and addressing any issues or risks. The role also involves communicating updates to relevant parties and ensuring consistent adherence to company standards and values.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including scheduling, workflow planning, and tracking milestones
  • Communication skills to collaborate with internal colleagues and external stakeholders effectively
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving and risk management skills to address challenges and ensure project success
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software
  • Familiarity with healthcare or medical equipment services is a plus
  • Experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • THis position is subject to an enhanced DBS check
