Supported Internship Job Coach

In this role, you will play a key part in preparing students for the world of work by sourcing and coordinating meaningful work placements and employment opportunities. Working collaboratively with teaching staff, employers, and families, you'll support learners every step of the way towards positive destinations - whether that's supported living, supported employment, or paid work. What You'll Be Doing

• Sourcing and arranging high-quality internal and external work placements.
• Acting as a work-readiness coach, supporting learners on their employment journey.
• Coordinating placement logistics and health & safety requirements.
• Liaising with employers, staff, students, and guardians to ensure successful placements.
• Tracking placement activity and producing regular reports to support learner outcomes.

Role Description We have an exciting and diverse opportunity within our estates team that provides a safe and secure environment for all students, staff, contractors and visitors at main campus and the recently opened Green Technology Centre. The successful candidate will require to undertake first aid and hold a full driving license to fulfil the role. You will have access to additional training that is applicable to the role.
