As part of our strategic plan to grow our National Planning and Development business we are now seeking to hire a Partner with a proven track record in providing excellent client care to help grow our Planning offering from Birmingham.

You will work with the Birmingham team on National projects. You will be involved in diverse range of projects for a variety of clients. This is likely to include work across a range of sectors including residential, BTR, mixed use developments, industrial and logistics, life sciences, urban regeneration and strategic land promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing high-level advisory services on Planning
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to Newmark's growth and market presence.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with other divisions within the firm to provide integrated, multi-disciplinary services to clients.
  • Work within the wider Planning and Development team, providing strategic direction and mentoring to team members.
  • Assist in preparing feasibility studies, financial models, and cost/benefit analyses for potential acquisitions or development opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline project planning workflows, improve tracking tools, and enhance communication across teams.
