Walk-In Service, Urgent Care Services Fife (UCSF) are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Workforce Planner to support the day to day running of UCSF, providing operational support, assisting in the design, implementation and monitoring of quality and effectiveness initiatives across four sites. You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to managers and associated staff within the service and contribute to the efficient service delivery of patient care. You will provide comprehensive Human Resource administration, payroll and rota management. Give support to managers and staff within the wider UCSF team and ensure appropriate business development and project management support is available to the Operational Management Team and undertake any related project work as required. Effective working relationships will be maintained with both internal and external stakeholders. Fixed Term/Secondment Opportunity Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager. The secondment policy can be found here If you do not have approval for a secondment from your current line manager, you will not be able to progress your application for a fixed term post. External applicants, with continuous NHS Service, must also have in place a secondment agreement, from their existing board to apply for this post.
