ABOUT OBO LONDON

OBO London is a Live Event Production Company that creates impactful events, shows, creative experiences and cultural moments that connect brands, audiences, and communities.

The Creative Producer sits at the heart of our creative and production process. You will collaborate closely with creatives, clients, partners, and suppliers to bring ideas to life across live events, activations and brand experiences. There is also a small amount of content production involved in the role but this is minimal

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Creative Producer sits at the heart of our creative and production process. You will collaborate closely with creatives, clients, partners, and suppliers to bring ideas to life across campaigns, events, content, activations, and brand experiences.

You are equally comfortable developing a production plan, managing a budget, coordinating teams, and contributing to the creative process. You thrive in fast-paced environments, anticipate challenges before they arise, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Development

· Collaborate with creative teams during ideation and concept development.
· Help shape ideas into feasible, deliverable, and commercially viable productions.
· Support the development of creative presentations, pitches, and proposals (and in turn Event Overview decks including mood boards, reference image sourcing, AI rendering.)
· The ability to render in Sketchup (or other programs) is a bonus
· Ensure creative vision is maintained throughout production and delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Management

· Act as a primary creative point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
· Lead project meetings in terms of creative and production communications.
· Build strong relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
· Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget & Resource Management

· Prepare, monitor, and reconcile project budgets alongside Head of Production, as required
· Negotiate with suppliers and production partners to achieve value and quality.
· Manage creative resource allocation across projects and teams.

Delivery & Quality Control

· Oversee production, installation, event delivery, content shoots, and activations as required.
· Ensure all outputs meet OBO London’s creative and operational standards.
· Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

· 3–6+ years of experience in a creative production environment - preferably live or experiential events, live show or theatre production . Those without any live production experience are unlikely to be considered.
· Proven experience delivering complex creative projects from concept through execution.
· Strong project management and organisational skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
· Experience managing budgets and production schedules.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
· Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
· Passion for creativity, culture, design, and innovation.

· Familiarity with production suppliers, venues, and creative networks in London.
· Understanding of health & safety, event logistics, and production processes.
