Salary:Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern:MondayThursday (4 on / 3 off) 6:00pm 6:00am (12-hour shifts)

Following a recent£2 million investment in brand-new machinery, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and forward-thinking production team.This is a hands-on role where youll primarily set and operateCNC laser cutting machines, ensuring efficient production, quality output, and machine optimisation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operatingCNC laser cutting machines
- Loading programs and carrying out machine set-ups
- Performing tooling and parameter adjustments to optimise production
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately
- Working with metal components to precise specifications
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency
- Supporting a flexible, multi-skilled production environment
- Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times

- Previous experience as a CNC Laser Setter Operator
- Experience setting and operating CNC laser machines
- Ability toread and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of machine set-up, offsets, and quality inspection procedures

- Experience within a sheet metal or manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
