The Opportunity

Join us as our Senior Quantity Surveyor and step directly into a pivotal position — with rapid progression in mind. If you're someone feeling constrained by hierarchical, slow-moving consultancies and are ready to make big contributions fast, this role is for you.

You’ll report into the Cost Lead and be embedded in multidisciplinary projects across sectors including residential, commercial, education, and infrastructure. Your expertise in cost control, commercial oversight, and proactive client management will be instrumental in both delivery and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of QS delivery on diverse projects (cost planning, commercial strategy, value engineering)
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and change control (NEC/JCT)
• Provide clear, commercially incisive cost advice throughout project lifecycles
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a hands-on, collaborative culture
• Drive continual improvement in QS processes tailored to bespoke project needs
• Help shape the regional office growth plan and support business development efforts
• Uphold values: accountability, innovation, and exceptional delivery

About You

• Chartered (MRICS) or working toward MRICS – with strong QS experience
• Seasoned in cost consultancy across sectors (public, private, mixed-use)
• Keen to escape rigid firm structures — you value agility, ownership, and fast advancement
• Exceptional communicator and practical problem-solver
• Motivated to develop QS teams and drive growth in a young, dynamic office
