What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and post-award governance.
• Oversee frameworks and contracts, ensuring compliance and proactive management.
• Maintain CRM discipline and deliver accurate pipeline reporting to the leadership team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align bid strategy with commercial growth plans.

You'll need this:

• Proven experience managing bids, tenders and contracts in a commercial setting.
• Strong grasp of governance, compliance and contract lifecycle management.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft compelling, compliant responses.
• Commercial acumen, CRM know-how and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to engage with customers, build pipeline and work along side the Commercial Sales team.
