We're working exclusively with a fantastic interiors brand based in Birmingham city centre that's looking for a Social & Content Executive to join its growing marketing team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a design-led business with a real passion for beautiful spaces, exceptional products and inspiring customers. You'll be creating content that showcases everything from new product launches and styling inspiration to behind-the-scenes moments and brand campaigns.
No two days will be the same. One day you could be on a photoshoot styling the latest collection, the next you'll be creating social content, writing copy for email campaigns or updating the website with fresh imagery and product information.
The role
Working closely with the marketing team, you'll help bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Planning and scheduling social content alongside wider marketing campaigns
- Spotting trends and coming up with fresh ideas to keep content relevant and engaging
- Writing copy for social media, email campaigns, blogs, product pages and the website
- Uploading website content and keeping product information up to date
- Capturing and editing photography and video content for social channels
- Helping organise and direct product and lifestyle photoshoots
- Managing the brand's image and content library
- Producing brochures, lookbooks, presentations and other marketing collateral
- Monitoring content performance and using insights to continually improve engagement
About you
You'll be a naturally creative person who enjoys making brands look their best. You'll have a great eye for design, understand what makes content perform and be confident juggling multiple projects at once.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong eye for detail
- A genuine interest in interiors, homeware, design or lifestyle brands
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro
- Confidence creating both photography and video content
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Plenty of ideas and the enthusiasm to bring them to life
