As a Product Manager you will join us on our journey and undertake an important role responsible for supporting the Lead Product Manager in managing our credit card and personal loans products and providers.
The Product Manager will liaise extensively with stakeholders internal to POL as well as externally and will be supporting (leading where appropriate) Post Office's lending suite of credit card and personal loans products. The successful candidate will join the business in growth mode, and will bring experience in delivering multiple initiatives, from small-scale marketing optimizations to big, revenue-driving tech projects, all scalable with profitable economics with customer focus and in line with regulatory requirements. Seen as a real growth opportunity, this role will give you a great career development opportunity within our wider Product Management offering.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a Commercial environment ideally within Account or Relationship Management.
As a Product Manager you will have Operational experience and good analytical skills. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders to bring products or customer journey improvements to market
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong background in operational delivery.
- Skilled at influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.

- Experience of working with and managing to commercial outcomes
