What You’ll Do Your day at Beech Tree Farm will be packed with hands‑on, impactful support work, including:

• Creating a safe, nurturing, uplifting environment
• Being a dependable, positive role model
• Encouraging independence through activities, routines, and daily support work
• Working closely with your team to provide personalised care
• Keeping clear, accurate records
• Supporting household tasks and meal prep
• You may be asked to provide gentle, supportive personal care to help the people we support feel comfortable and well looked after
