ProcJet Ltd is a UK-registered procurement and material-sourcing company supporting oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, and industrial projects across the UK, GCC, and international markets.
We are not looking to hire a Sales Manager. We are looking for one experienced commercial partner to help build ProcJet from the ground up.
If you already have strong industry relationships and want a platform to monetise them properly, without corporate friction, this role is for you.
What we are building
ProcJet connects client demand with the right manufacturers, stockists, and engineering partners for:
• Industrial material sourcing
• Tubing and piping solutions
• Modular and package skid systems
ProcJet handles supplier networks, procurement execution, commercial structuring, and deliver coordination.
Your role is to open doors, shape opportunities, and turn relationships into long term business.
The RoleYou will:
• Bring access to real decision-makers (EPCs, operators, project owners)
• Identify and originate commercial opportunities
• Lead client engagement and early negotiations
• Work directly with managing director to structure deals and close orders
• Help define market focus, pricing logic, and positioning
• Contribute market intelligence that shapes ProcJet strategy
You will not:
• Manage a sales team
• Be given warm leads
•Follow a fixed sales script
• Work within a corporate hierarchy
Who This Is For
This opportunity is ideal for someone who:
• Has 10+ years exposure to oil & as, EPC, or industrial projects
• Already has an active commercial network
• Is comfortable operating independently
• Thinks in margins, repeat business, and
long-term value
• Wants upside tie to performance, not a fixed
