Join Our Culinary Team as a Sales Advisor at ProCook! Are you a kitchen enthusiast? Do you have a passion for helping customers find the perfect kitchenware? ProCook is on the hunt for a dynamic and friendly Sales Advisor to join our thriving team! Your Role: As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our customers’ shopping experience. You will assist customers in selecting products that match their culinary needs and ensure they leave our store excited about their kitchen purchases. This is a new Store opening mid to end of February in Braehead Shopping Centre, Glasgow. We have several permanent, part-time positions available: 1 x 24hrs, 1x 16hrs, 1 x 12hrs, 1 x8hrs. Please NOTE! You will be required to work shifts Monday to Sunday on a rota based on the hours in your contract! Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain store standards, ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment.
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote teamwork

RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is required.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• A genuine passion for cooking and kitchenware.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
