Pure is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Castrol, a leading global lubricants company, as part of a targeted micro-marketing campaign.
Are you a natural relationship builder? Do you have experience in the automotive sector?
If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re looking for motivated, passionate individuals to join a dynamic field marketing team. In this role, you'll represent the Castrol brand by visiting independent workshops across the UK, promoting Castrol’s products, and driving the growth of its branded workshop network.
Role highlights:
- Covering the South East of the UK
- Working closely with our marketing team
- Road-based role, visiting automotive workshops
- Building long-term relationships and increasing product awareness

_The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:_Essential:
- Ability to adapt to audience
- Sales experience but not essential
- Automotive experience
- A passion for all things automotive
- Same activity or similar category
- Full driving licence
- Conform to BP’s values and behaviours
- Available for domestic travel
- Based: South West England
Desirable:
- 1-2 years of activity experience
- Similar activity and the same category
- Ability to build a rapport
- Automotive industry awareness
- Microsoft Office experience
Skills and abilities:
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present written information in a structured and balanced way appropriate to the needs of the audience
- Ability to handle conflict and objections in a professional and optimistic manner
- Ability to develop strong, trustworthy, working relationships with colleagues, customers and others

Salary and Benefits:
£38,000 + bonus + company car
