Job Description:
Recruit UK are working with a Chartered Financial Planning firm seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to take over an established and high-quality client book.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a small, highly respected firm that prides itself on providing truly client-centric, holistic advice, across the Midlands and beyond.
The firm offers a broad range of services across two divisions:
- A strong, loyal IFA client book offering long-term relationships and ongoing service; and
- A bespoke UHNW proposition with discretionary permissions, offering complex, high-touch financial planning for HNW and UHNW clients.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated Paraplanner and Administrator, ensuring you can focus on client relationships and advice delivery. This is an ideal role for someone who values autonomy, trust, and a grown-up working environment.
Benefits:
- £50,000 – £65,000 basic salary (higher salary negotiable dependent on skills and experience)

Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience as an Independent Financial Adviser / Financial Planner
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Chartered preferred but not essential)
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Technically proficient with a broad understanding of holistic financial planning
- Self-motivated, ethical, and committed to delivering excellent client outcomes
