Senior Engineering Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Manager

• Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 home)
• Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 basic + uncapped commission, accelerators and incentive schemes for top performers

We’re looking for an experienced engineering recruiter and open to hiring at Senior Consultant or Manager level, depending on experience to join Reed’s busy Engineering desk in Coventry.

We’re open to recruiters from various engineering verticals, including automotive, aerospace, robotics, machinery, metal, fabrication or production, or similar technically complex markets.

The role is primarily focused on permanent engineering recruitment, with scope to include temporary recruitment if that’s where your strengths lie.
