The Role: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and shaping our sales strategy. You’ll lead and develop a growing sales team, identify new business opportunities, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to refine and implement sales processes.
  • Monitor performance metrics, forecast sales, and report on key outcomes.
  • Represent Resolve at client meetings, events, and industry conferences.

About You

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and enjoys leading by example.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales leader.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
