About the Role
Are you a social media and SEO expert who thrives on driving engagement and brand visibility? Do you have a deep understanding of how digital conversations shape brand growth and audience behaviour? We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and innovative Social Media & SEO Manager to join our 360 Communications Team.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping high-impact social media campaigns and SEO strategies that ensure our content reaches the right audiences, drives engagement, and supports business goals. You’ll be an expert in LinkedIn, X, BlueSky, and other evolving platforms, staying ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices.
You’ll work closely with our storytelling team to translate brand narratives into shareable, search-optimised, and high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Execution – Develop, execute, and optimise creative, high-impact social media campaigns that drive engagement, audience growth, and brand authority.
- SEO-Driven Content Marketing – Use advanced SEO techniques to boost content visibility and improve search rankings.
- Performance & Analytics – Measure and analyse engagement metrics across platforms, identify trends, and continuously refine content strategies to improve performance.
- Trendspotting & Best Practices – Stay ahead of evolving social media algorithms, SEO updates, and digital marketing trends to keep content strategies ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration & Campaign Integration – Work with cross-functional teams to align messaging, insights, and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-4 years experience in social media marketing, SEO, or digital communications (preferably B2B).
- Proven track record in growing engagement and reach on LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms through organic and paid strategies.
- Deep understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and search algorithms.
- Strong ability to analyse audience behaviours and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience working with the PESO model to integrate paid, earned, shared, and owned media.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, native social media insights, SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs).
- Strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Required)
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Media relations experience
- Interest in psychology & behavioural economics related to social and digital media
