Our client, a growing mid-size financial services firm and one of the key businesses in their specialist area, are investing heavily in marketing. As part of this transformation, they’re looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to help optimise performance driven digital advertising across a number of B2C channels.
You’ll be a strong hands-on Digital Marketer who can monitor Campaign Performance, manage multimillion-pound Paid Media Budgets, and strategically plan to improve Return on Investment, working closely with the internal marketing team and external agency partners.
This role would be perfect for a Paid Media Specialist with experience planning, developing and executing B2C performance driven campaigns across various channels who would like to join a marketing team with significant investment and a business with ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Paid Media Strategies. Google, Meta, TikTok and others.
- Monitor daily performance, manage budgets, adjust strategies, and optimise campaigns.
- Track and analyse KPIs across platforms and deliver actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Develop advanced targeting strategies.
- Continuous plan and execute A/B testing, segmentation and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the paid media budgets effectively across channels.
Skills and Experience
- Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns with budgets of a similar size (approximately £1m monthly).
- Proficiency in ad platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise media budgets across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics and attribution models.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Looker Studio, or similar.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Experience implementing campaigns to market an App would be beneficial.
- Experience in a regulated environment would be beneficial.
- Experience in a high volume, B2C acquisition environment would be highly beneficial.
