GW Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to grow Glasgow Warriors’ owned channels through innovative digital content and audience insight. You’ll manage day-to-day social activity, cover matches and club moments, and help build stronger connections with supporters. What You Will Be Doing

• Manage Glasgow Warriors’ day-to-day social media channels, ensuring content is timely, engaging and aligned to club priorities.
• Plan, create and deliver innovative digital content that grows audiences and strengthens supporter engagement.
• Use audience insights and performance data to shape content strategy and improve channel performance.
• Identify emerging social media trends, content opportunities and new ways to connect with supporters.
• Cover matches, club activity and key moments across the season to bring the Glasgow Warriors story to life.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing social media channels for a brand, organisation or sports environment.
• Strong digital content creation skills, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging posts across multiple platforms.
• Confident using audience insights, analytics and performance data to shape content decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills and a good understanding of tone of voice, storytelling and supporter engagement.
• Ability to work flexibly, including covering live matches, events and club activity when required.
