We’re looking for someone with an unusual combination of Blender, Python and technical-art skills to work with us on an interesting Computer Vision project.
Sensing Feeling is a London-based technology company developing computer vision and AI solutions for safety and operational insight in physical spaces.
We’re looking for a Blender Technical Artist / Python Developer to help us build an automated synthetic-video generation system for computer vision development.
The project involves creating realistic 3D environments containing rigged human avatars performing defined behaviours and interactions, viewed through simulated CCTV cameras. Rather than producing individual animations manually, we want to use Blender, Python (bpy), procedural generation and AI-assisted development to create hundreds or thousands of controlled variations of each scenario.
We’re looking for strong experience in Blender scripting, human animation/rigging, procedural scene generation, parameterisation, automated rendering and Python. Experience with synthetic data, mocap, CV ground-truth generation or tools such as Mixamo, SMPL, YOLO or MMPose would be particularly useful.
This is a paid contract engagement expected to run for approximately 3-4 months from October 2026.
The objective is to build a reusable synthetic-data generation framework, not simply a collection of Blender animations.
Interested, or know someone who might be a good fit? Please get in touch or share this post.
