Responsible for the HWE Hub SRA and Blood Science laboratory, the post holder will report to, and deputise for the HWE Hub Manager. The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience at senior manager level, leading complex blood science laboratories. The post holder will also have significant experience leading large, 24/7 specimen reception departments, including client helpdesk functions. The role will be well suited to a motivated individual, able to engage appropriately with key senior stakeholders, both within and external to the organisation, ensuring suitable service provision to the HWE network.
