About The Role We’re looking for a personable and detail-focused Client Manager to join our specialist car insurance team. You’ll be helping clients find tailored insurance solutions, ensuring their policies meet their unique needs. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00–17:30, Saturdays 09:00–12:00 What you will be doing

  • Handling inbound calls to provide specialist car insurance quotes.
  • Gathering client and vehicle information to accurately price policies.
  • Managing policy changes, renewals, and finance agreements.
  • Ensuring all documentation is verified and accurately filed.
  • Advising clients on policy options to suit their individual circumstances.
  • Attending car shows and events to represent Brentacre when required.

Who we are looking for Here’s what we’re hoping you’ll bring to the role:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Confidence working over the phone and occasionally face-to-face.
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to attend events when needed.
