Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mitcham for a Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing store operations during assigned shifts. Duties include opening and closing the store, supervising and supporting team members, ensuring adherence to company policies, assisting with customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The Shift Supervisor will also train new team members and help to drive store performance and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or leading a team
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
• Knowledge of inventory management and control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
