We’re working with a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy entering their next phase of growth and they’re hiring their first dedicated People & Talent professional.
We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition leader who knows how to build hiring capability from the ground up, deliver consistently against complex technical hiring needs, and partner directly with senior leadership to enable growth.
You’ll own recruitment end-to-end while helping shape the foundations of their wider People function over time. If you enjoy building, improving, and delivering - not just managing process, this role offers genuine ownership and influence.
What You’ll Be DoingLeading Technical Hiring
- Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across consultancy and technical roles.
- Hire specialist talent across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integration engineering, project, and consulting delivery teams.
- Build proactive pipelines and reduce reliance on agencies through strong direct sourcing.
- Partner with leadership to turn business growth plans into hiring outcomes.
Building a Scalable Talent Function
- Design and implement hiring strategies, processes, and SLAs.
- Introduce modern sourcing approaches, talent intelligence, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Improve candidate experience and employer positioning.
- Create structure, reporting, and hiring visibility for leadership.
Growing Into People & HR
- Begin shaping onboarding, performance, and employee lifecycle practices.
- Contribute to engagement and retention initiatives.
- Develop broader HR capability with supported development.
What They’re Looking For
You’re likely someone who:
- Has led in-house Talent Acquisition or Agency side delivery within/for a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Has successfully implemented/impacted hiring strategies - not just operated within them.
- Still enjoys being hands-on with sourcing, hiring managers, and closing candidates.
- Has strong experience hiring technical or consulting talent.
- Thrives in fast-growth, build-phase environments where autonomy is high.
- Wants to broaden into People leadership and HR.
