The opportunity


This is a remote role, however you would need to be able to cover sites across the East & South Midlands –travelling to these sites 1 in 6 weekends plus other on site events.


What's in it for you?


  • Self employed high earning model £75,000-£100,000+ realistic earnings potential (Top performers exceeding this. With 50% commission on company provided leads and 75% commission on self-generated and retained clients

OR

  • £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary (employed option) with OTE of £60,000+ in year 1 and 25% commission on all cases


  • High volume of qualified new build leads provided

This is a high-performance, high-volume new build mortgage adviser role within a growing and currently under-resourced region.


You will manage developer relationships, handle inbound demand, and deliver fast, accurate advice to clients purchasing new build properties. The role requires someone comfortable operating at pace, maintaining exceptional standards, and capitalising on a strong lead flow.


What will you need to succeed?


Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years recent, continuous new build experience (non-negotiable) OR Minimum 5 years’ mortgage advising experience
  • Proven track record of high-volume case handling
  • Strong, evidenced banking figures over the last 2 years


Location & Flexibility


  • Based within reach of the South & East Midlands patch with remote working Monday to Friday
  • Willing to:
  • Work 1 in 6 weekends (rota basis)
  • Attend quarterly on-site developer events
