About The Job The successful candidate will provide a professional quality administrative service for the organisation What we are looking for from you You will have experience of working in an office setting as well as a good understanding of the need for confidentiality. You will be responsible for maintaining spreadsheets and recording data accurately as well as the skill set of minute/note taking. You will need to meet specific and challenging deadlines and follow set procedures and guidelines working with diverse workloads. You should also have an extensive knowledge of a variety of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. The successful candidate will need to be flexible in order to meet the changing requirements of the service, remain calm under pressure and be committed to meeting the customer needs. Must have DBS.
