Early Years Practitioner : Harrow Term Time Only, Full:Time Start Date: January 2026 Hours: 8:15am : 4:15pm, Monday to Friday We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly, family:run Nursery in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about supporting childrens learning and development in a nurturing, child:centred environment. Key Requirements For This Early Years Practitioner Role Applicants must hold a CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years/Childcare. We are only considering candidates with proven qualifications and experience in nursery settings. About This Early Years Practitioner Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for: Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment where children can thrive Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Observing, assessing, and recording each childs development and progress Acting as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare procedures are upheld at all times What Were Looking For In An Early Years Practitioner CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years/Childcare qualification : essential Proven nursery or early years experience Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development Passion for supporting learning through play:based activities Positive, proactive, and flexible team player Excellent communication and organisational skills If you are a fully qualified Early Years Practitioner who is ready to bring creativity, energy, and care to our Nursery, we would love to hear from you.
